Brand Intelligence is the layer that makes every Prolifik video sound like you without you writing a brand book.
Open /brand to see all your brands. Click any brand to open its detail page.
How it works
When you add a brand, Prolifik fetches your homepage and extracts:
- Color palette (multi-tone)
- Logo (used as the brand mark on every video)
- Tone of voice (default rules; you can override)
- Product offering (what you sell, in plain language)
- Customer segments (with percentage splits)
- Competitors (named, linkable)
- Mission and positioning
Every video script is then generated through a prompt that includes this brand profile. Voice, claims, and positioning stay consistent across formats and across thousands of pieces.
You can re-trigger the analysis any time with Re-analyze at the top of the brand page (useful after a homepage redesign or repositioning).
What lives on the brand page
Posting schedule
Per-brand, with full control:
- Timezone — picks the right local time for slots.
- Active days — pick any subset of Sun–Sat.
- Times of day — add as many time-of-day slots as you want (
HH:MM); each becomes a recurring slot on every active day. - Slot count summary — e.g. "2 slots per active day."
- Live "Your Next 5 Slots" preview — shows exactly when the next five posts will go out, accounting for off-days.
A common starter cadence is 09:00 and 19:00 on Mon–Fri (10 slots/week). High-volume brands run 09:00 / 13:30 / 19:00 / 21:00 × 7 days = 28 slots/week.
Off-days are skipped automatically. After the last slot of your last active day of the week, the queue jumps to the first slot of the next active day — no gaps.
Content Angles
Reusable strategic themes that guide ideation. Each angle has a name and an ACTIVE toggle. Examples from a real brand:
- From Zero to Published in Minutes
- Your Brand, Infinite Content
- The Algorithm Already Knows
Angles bias the AI toward the messages you actually want to push. They are different from Tone & Voice — angles are what to say, voice is how to say it.
Tone & Voice
Two lists, Do's and Don'ts, up to 10 each.
- Do: Use casual, conversational tone
- Don't: Never use corporate jargon
These rules are appended to the generation prompt for every script under this brand. They are the single most powerful lever on output quality once you've used the tool for a few hundred pieces.
Identity & Product
A four-part block that the AI references on every generation:
- Core Identity — what kind of company/creator you are
- Product Offering — what you sell, in plain language
- Unique Benefits — what only you can claim
- Problem Solved — the pain you address
These start auto-filled from your homepage analysis and you edit them in place.
Purpose & Positioning
Five fields:
- Mission — why the brand exists
- Why Care — emotional payoff for the audience
- Differentiation — versus the named competitors
- Brand Resonance — adjectives the brand should evoke
- Owned Space — the category you're trying to plant a flag in
The AI uses this block heavily on Video Hook & Demo scripts and on opinion-led Text Story scripts.
Market & Competition
- Customer Segments — one per line, formatted
Name - X%. Example:Startup Founders & Indie Hackers - 25%. Visualized as a colored bar. - Competitors — one per line; rendered as clickable chips with external-link icons.
The competition list lets the AI position scripts — e.g., explicitly avoiding language a competitor owns, or contrasting against them when you ask it to.
Multi-brand workspaces
A single Prolifik workspace holds many brands. We've seen workspaces with 3+ brands running simultaneously — for example a project token, a personal brand, and a B2B SaaS — each with its own:
- Posting schedule
- Voice rules
- Connected social accounts
- Generated pieces in the Library and Calendar
Switch brands from the brand selector at the top-left of the sidebar. Calendar, Analytics, and Automations let you filter by brand or view all brands together.
For agencies, this is the core unit of client separation. On the Enterprise plan you get unlimited brand workspaces and a shared content library across them.
Tips
- Run Re-analyze after a homepage repositioning. It's a one-click reset for the auto-extracted fields, and it leaves your manual fields (Do's/Don'ts, Angles) intact.
- Fill Do's/Don'ts early. The improvement in script quality after 5–10 well-chosen rules is dramatic.
- Customer segment percentages bias the AI. If you put
B2B Founders - 60%, expect the AI to lean toward founder-targeted scripts. - Use Content Angles instead of one-off prompt overrides. Angles persist; prompts don't.
