The product

What does Prolifik actually do?

Prolifik is an AI short-form video platform. You give it a brand (a URL plus optional preferences) and a prompt, and it produces a video in one of five formats — Image Carousel, Text Story, Meme Reaction, Clip Montage, or Video Hook & Demo — then schedules and auto-publishes it to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

You review pieces in Pulse Mode with a swipe interface. Skipped pieces don't count against your monthly cap.

Who is it for?

Two main groups, with one product:

• Crypto / Web3 KOLs and projects running token marketing, launch hype, and 24/7 attention loops.
• AI / SaaS marketers and agencies running B2B short-form for one or many brands.

Do I need to provide my own footage or images?

No. Prolifik generates everything — visuals, captions, music, clips — from a text prompt. If you want to use your own assets, every format lets you upload images or pull from your Library.

Which platforms does Prolifik publish to?

Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Connect each once in Settings → Social media accounts; every approved video gets queued to the Calendar and posted at the time you choose. Full reference: Social integrations.

Can I customize my brand voice and style?

Yes. Brand Intelligence auto-analyzes your website to extract tone, colors, product offering, and competitors. You can also define Do's and Don'ts (up to 10 each), set Content Angles, and lock in brand colors so every piece sounds and looks like you. Full reference: Brand Intelligence.

What if I'm not happy with a generated video?

Every video lands in Pulse Mode first. Swipe to approve what you love, skip what you don't. Skipped videos don't count against your monthly credit. You can also regenerate any video with one click, or Edit the script before approving.

Can I edit the script before publishing?

Yes — click Edit in Pulse, or open any piece from the Library. Edits don't burn an extra credit unless you trigger a re-render.

Do videos have a Prolifik watermark?

No. Output is watermark-free on every plan, including Starter.

Pricing & limits

How many videos can I generate per month?

Annual billing is offered at 15% off for Starter and Pro.

What counts as a "video"?

Every render that reaches Ready counts as one video. Skipped (rejected) pieces in Pulse do not count. Regenerations count as new pieces.

Does Image Carousel count the same as Text Story?

Yes. Every format counts as one video against your monthly cap regardless of complexity.

Do unused videos roll over?

No. Unused credits don't roll over, but you can upgrade or downgrade anytime, and Prolifik never silently bills overages — generation pauses when you hit your cap.

What happens if I hit my monthly cap?

Generation pauses for the remainder of the cycle. Already-rendered pieces continue to publish on schedule. No silent overages. Upgrade to lift the cap immediately (prorated).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month with no contract. Annual plans cancelled mid-term may be eligible for a prorated refund — see refunds.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 7 days for Starter and Pro. Enterprise trials are arranged per deal.

How do upgrades and downgrades work?

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe-supported credit / debit cards. Enterprise plans can be invoiced via SEPA / wire transfer.

Which plan is right for me?

• Starter — solo creator, 1–2 platforms, ~50 published pieces/month.
• Pro — multiple accounts, automation-driven workflows, multiple brands.
• Enterprise — agencies, unlimited brand workspaces per client, white-label, custom avatars.

Workflow questions

How do automations differ from manual content?

Both end up in your Library. Both go through Pulse if you want them to. Read the Automations reference.

Can I post the same piece to multiple platforms?

Yes. By default, an approved piece publishes to all connected platforms for that brand. To target a single platform, use Schedule new post from the Calendar with platform-specific selection.

Can I post to X (Twitter)?

Not natively yet. The four supported integrations are Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. For X, Download the rendered MP4 and post via your X automation tool of choice. The Library's bulk download is built for this.

Do you support team / agency plans?

Yes — Enterprise includes unlimited seats, dedicated brand workspaces per client, a shared content library, white-label output, and priority support. Email info@getprolifik.com for pricing and a demo.

How do I switch between brands?

Use the brand selector in the top-left of the sidebar. Calendar, Analytics, and Automations also let you filter by brand or view all together.

What if the AI gets my brand voice wrong?

Two levers:

1. Tighten Tone & Voice Do's/Don'ts on the brand page. The improvement after 5–10 well-chosen rules is dramatic.
2. Add specific Content Angles rather than depending on prompts.

If it still drifts, use Re-analyze to refresh the homepage analysis.

Technical / connector questions

Why is the Performance dashboard blank?

The Performance tab is Instagram-first and requires a read-only insights permission. If you connected Instagram before insights support shipped, click Reconnect Instagram on the dashboard. Posting continues to work either way.

Why does my Instagram analytics show zero?

The connected Instagram account must be a business or creator profile. Personal Instagram accounts can't expose insights via the API.

What does PARTIAL mean in the Calendar?

The piece posted to at least one platform but failed on another (usually a token expired). Reconnect the failing platform from Settings → Social media accounts.

What does FAILED mean?

The post attempt failed on all platforms. Click into the post; the error message names the platform and reason. Most often this is a connector reconnect.

Are there public API tokens?

Not yet. The "Direct Posting API" referenced in the Pro plan refers to direct-platform publishing without manual copy-paste, not a public Prolifik API. Programmatic access is on the roadmap.

Where is my data hosted? Who owns the content?

You own everything you produce. Prolifik stores rendered pieces and brand profiles to operate the service. Bulk export is supported through Library → Bulk download.
