Prices exclude VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. EU consumers are charged VAT at their local rate. Non-EU customers pay no VAT. Invoices are issued by Plant science, MB (Reg. 305655144), Vilnius, Lithuania.

Pricing & billing questions

What counts as a video toward my monthly limit?
Every rendered video counts — including clip montages, carousels, meme reactions, text stories, and video hooks. Videos you reject inside Pulse Mode do not count, so you only pay for content you actually approve. Regenerations of approved videos count as new renders.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is month-to-month with no contract. Cancel from your account settings and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no retention calls.
What happens if I go over my monthly limit?
Generation pauses at your plan cap. We'll prompt you to upgrade in-app or wait until your next billing cycle. We do not charge silent overages — your bill is predictable.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is available on Starter and Pro at a 15% discount. Contact info@getprolifik.com to switch, or pick annual at checkout once you're inside the app.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we prorate the difference on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period so you don't lose paid-for capacity.
Do you offer a free trial?
New Starter and Pro accounts get a 7-day window to generate and publish without commitment. Cancel before day 7 and you won't be charged. Enterprise trials are run on a per-deal basis — reach out and we'll set one up.
Do you refund unused credits?
Unused video credits don't carry over between months and aren't refundable. If you paid annually and cancel early, you can request a prorated refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise plans can be invoiced via SEPA or wire transfer with standard payment terms.
Which plan is right for me?
If you're just getting started or posting a few times a week, Lite gives you 20 videos a month for €20. If you're a founder or solo creator posting daily, Starter's 100 videos a month for €49 covers it with room to spare. If you want multiple posts a day, every day, with fresh content generated on schedule via Automations, Pro's 500 videos is the right fit.
