Analytics at /analytics splits into two tabs: Publishing (always available) and Performance (Instagram-first, requires a reconnect for read-only insights).
Publishing tab
Shows what you've created and what you've sent.
Content Creation block
Four headline tiles:
- Total Videos — all-time count of pieces rendered (e.g.
1,522). - This Month — pieces rendered in the current billing period.
- Approval Rate — % of pieces approved in Pulse vs. total reviewed (e.g.
85%). - Posts Sent — pieces successfully published in the current period.
Below: a Content Created — Last 30 Days time-series chart with a daily bar showing pieces rendered.
Format mix
A pie chart Videos by Format with the five internal format families:
carousel— Image Carouselkinetic-type— Text Storyscene-swap— Meme Reactionb-roll— Clip Montagetalking-head— Video Hook & Demo
The percentages are based on this period's renders. A healthy mix usually has Carousel + Kinetic-type combined ~50–60% (volume) with the other three covering virality, vibe, and conversion.
Approved vs Rejected
A bar chart with three buckets: approved, rejected, pending. Reading this:
- High approved + low rejected — your brand voice is dialed in; consider scaling automations.
- High rejected — your prompts or angles need refinement; tighten Do's/Don'ts before scaling.
- High pending — reviews are backlogged; spend 5 minutes in Pulse.
Publishing block
Four tiles + a stacked bar chart.
- Upcoming — scheduled, not yet sent.
- Delivered — successfully published this period.
- Failed — failed publish attempts.
- Cancelled — pulled from the schedule before publish.
The Publishing Activity — Last 30 Days chart stacks Failed (red) / Posted (green) / Scheduled (light) per day.
Performance tab
Reads engagement data back from your connected platforms. Currently the Performance tab is Instagram-first. Other platforms post fine but don't yet feed insights back into the dashboard.
If you connected Instagram before this feature shipped, the page shows: "Reconnect Instagram to enable analytics. Your existing Instagram connection was made before analytics access existed. Reconnect to grant the read-only insights permission so views and engagement can be tracked. Posting continues to work either way." Click Reconnect Instagram once.
Time window selector
Last 7 days · Last 30 days · All time.
Headline metrics (per window)
- Total Views — sum of plays across the selected window.
- Total Engagement — likes + comments + shares + saves.
- Avg Views per Post — total views / posts in window.
- Engagement Rate — engagement / views, as a percentage.
Each tile also shows a delta vs. the previous equivalent window (+12%, −4%, no change).
Views & engagement over time
A daily line chart with two series: Views (blue) and Engagement (green). Daily totals across the selected window.
Top 10 posts
Ranked by Instagram views in the selected window, with thumbnail, script first-line, format, post date, and metric values.
Reading analytics with intent
The most useful three-question check after a week of posting:
- Approval Rate < 70%? — your brand voice or angles need tightening. Re-do Do's/Don'ts before generating more.
- Failed posts climbing? — a connector needs reconnection. Check Settings → Social media accounts.
- One format dominating Top 10? — double the cadence on that format and let the calendar absorb it.
What's not (yet) here
- TikTok / YouTube insights — posting works on all three platforms; insights surface for Instagram first. Cross-platform analytics is on the roadmap.
- Per-brand revenue / conversion attribution — Prolifik measures publishing; downstream attribution belongs in your analytics stack (Mixpanel, GA4, Dune for on-chain, etc.). Use UTM-tagged links in the script CTAs.
- Exportable CSV — you can copy-paste the table data; programmatic export is a roadmap item.
Tips
- Reconnect Instagram first thing. Without the read-only insights permission, the Performance tab is blank.
- Check Approval Rate weekly. It's the leading indicator of brand-voice drift.
- Don't optimize a 7-day window too hard. Short windows are noisy. Use 30-day for trend reads; 7-day for fast experiments.
